Dear Dr. Naveen, I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the quality services by your staff for our Incentive trip of 140 people (from Dabur India Ltd.)  to Russia, and on top of it not to forget the personal touch and never say no spirit of your good self to make this MICE  movement a Successful event.  Your willingness to extend such a correct and prompt support is highly appreciable and it made all the difference, which was evident from the happy faces of 140 people who were part of this trip and the way you were called on Dias among the thunderous round of applause by one and all. In you,  not only a professional partner we got, but i am honored to have got you as a friend. Dr Sahib, you are really a gem of a person.  I am in deed at loss of words for all your support and cooperation. Please accept ” A BIG THANK YOU” which you fully deserve. I want to thank Mr. Nikolia,our tourist guide at St.Petersburg.He is very informative about Russian political and cultural history. He is also having a very good sense of humor. I will definitely refer him as a guide to all tourist travelling to St. Petersburg. I also want to appreciate and thank Miss Veronika, our tour escort at Moscow, for making our tour memorable. She is very enthusiastic , energetic and always happy to help with smiling face. She was fantastic in her services during check in process of hotel and during transfer from railway station to hotel and from hotel to airport. I was amazed by her professionalism.
